Price Check: '95 M3, all original, 95K miles

I came across an all stock '95 5 speed M3 coupe with about 95K on the clock. Car has spent it's entire life in California. 2 owners. Clean title and Carfax. Cosmos Black/black, vaders, lightweight Motorsport wheels, new tires.

I'd appreciate opinions on a reasonable price to pay for such a car, assuming the car checks out mechanically.

    >$10k would not be a bad price if it walks and talks. Check on the usual stuff... cooling system, RSMs, compression test, etc.
