Sorry I don't have time for long description of photos ...

..but few changes were done in mine Z3:
-Brembo 6piston BMW Performance front calipers (those are from 135i)
-Zimmermann sport 325mm front brake discs (325mm)
-steel braided front brake hoses
-front headlights with Acura TSX projectors (not finished till now)
-alcantara steering wheel
-DLS R5 Reference front speakers kit
-softtop top lining is comming

I got one new gadget ...sth really special and individual !

2011 Calendar with mine Z3

That's gift from mine girlfriend - she also has done all graphic work over it .

For me it's trully fantastic !

Hi

Mods/repairs works done:
-new OEM lighted gear knob
-new OEM fire extinguisher
-OEM headlights washers
-new battery
-cleaning and repairing adjusting in front headlights + painting rings on matt black
- gate remote control built permanent
- greasing locking unit in right doors
- painting hood carpet

I've paint it with Motip VINYL spray - it's paint for soft plastic, leather, carpets etc

It just made color of mine hood carpet equal and fresh

Front brakes - new stickers and painted parts of discs using powder paint (chrome look) . Paint isn't perfect on discs because they were used for short time and hadn't been sandblasted after that. Nevertheless paint seems to be strong and heat-proof.

Rear calipers ready for mounting - those are Porsche Boxster S calipers

Hello

Rear brakes done

Porsche Boxster S 3.2 calipers 01' + new M3 E36 rear 312mm discs + stock handbrake shoes from Z3 (new).

Stock handbrake is working

!

If anybody are interested about buying adapters for those calipers to Z3 non M please sent me PM .

PLUS

Some work after paint. 3M Fast Cut+ with mix of Menzerna Power Finish on green cutting 3M pad , then Poorboys SSR1 on blue 3M finishing pad.

Then ... C-Quartz .

Tell, what drill bit did you use to retrofit the chrome trunk lid? Any other advices on the install?
