That looks terrific!
Welcome! Nice ride! Imported from the area of Paris, France, I see

Yes, it's imported from France .
I made every work over mine car by myself so progress isn't fast but I have some more plans what should I add/change.
Nevertheless changes made during time when I have it are quite big :
-rims Dezent T 8x17'
-all white indicator lights
-painted console, new carpets
-painted brakes
-all suspension parts are new
-added OBC
-BMC CDA intake
-Wiechers strut brace
-Lowtec -30mm springs on front
AND MORE ...
Love the wheel choice. 15mm spacers in the rear would be nice!
Nice transformation.

Gorgeous car man, and good job on the DIY's. I wish I was that handy.
Very nice mods. What is the switch on the console between the air conditioner/recirc and the seat heater? Can you aim the headlights up or down with that?

Looks great! I agree about the drop.

That's power roof . Lights of course also have electric vertical height control but it's on another place (under instrument cluster) . Does US version have also electric light regulation or not ?
That's remote control for that crappy Sony player . Previous owner mount that, I'm not audio fan at all so till now I can live with that 20$ worth Sony, but maybe one day I'll swap it for any Alpine, so or course also I'll remove that funny remote control .
Dzieki Wojtek, takie deklaracje się ceni .
Regards
Very nice! good job
I upload picutres from work over Z3 during last 2 mounths :
OBC was retrofitted to mine car using DIS .
That's true ) .
I've changed rear shocks + their mountings (Sachs + Lemforder is now) .
I advice to check that place to every z3 owner - in mine car in 3 wheelarch was paint defect here .
Destroyed subframe bushings .
I've changed "insert" in fuel tank and now mine fuel level gauge work 100% OK .
I've changed gearbox but that was not necessary . I heard knock when I push clutch pedal when I go SLOWLY on 1st and 2nd gear, I thought it's gearbox but seems like that's diff .
New guibo and center bearing for driveshaft .
Subframe out of car ...
New RTABs are IN, Lemforder also .
We use dynometric key and torques from TIS .
I've changed fuel tank strap cushion - because fuel tank start "knocking" .
Not many foams left hehe .
IR TOE/CAMBER kit made in Poland . I've ordered brackets for eccentric bolts in CNC workshop and then weld it using MAG welder .
Few parts from axle were sandblasted .
I polished OEM muffler end pipes .
First rear muffler painted ...
After mine friend suggest I painted bit more of exhaust .
Amazing work. You're a Z3 Renaissance man
Kelvin
Some hamerite
Atf = gearbox , rbf = brakes
Polibushes made in Poland . They're made on mine order, custom made based on IE bushes design (Polish company didn't have in offer kit for z3 ) .
After powdercoating ...
OEM fuel tank foams + some heatshrink tube to hold them in their place WELL .
I refresh rear disk also ...
I must drill old bolts in exhaust manifold ...that was HARD WORK (more than 5 hours spend only over this) .
I mount stainless steel bolts here covered with cooper grease to prevent problems with rust here .
(sorry for dirt, I try those springs in rainy day)
That's how car look with rear "-25mm" lowtec springs which gave me real -33 to -35mm drop . Front is Lowtec -30 mm. Rear was lower than front which looks for sure not good (awful even ) . I removed them fast, back to OEM and now I'm waiting for M-suspension springs for rear .
That's all for now .
Thanks for looking
Piotr

wow, you've got plenty of time on your hands! Wife and 3 kids take up most of my time, and now the remaining Z3 mods are just waiting and waiting.
Wow! That's a lot of hard work you've done there. I admire your patience, perseverence and ability - well done. Are z3's rare in Poland or is it just parts that are hard to find?
