What Engine oil do you guys recommend??? (oil weight, Oil Brand)

This has been beaten to death. Check your owners manual or amsoil.com for weight recommendations.

Otherwise the best oil I recommend is fresh oil!

10W-40 7,5 Liter

brand does not matter so much, better change oil and filter in regular intervals.
At the moment I have Chevron 10 W40 as I get it cheap from COSTCO.

final drive:
75W-90 1,9 Liter

in case of LSD final drive
75W-140 1.9 Liter
Pentosin CHF 11s, total 3 liter in case of an iL with LAD
brake fluid DOT 4
coolant total 12,5 liter

I use German Castrol 0W-30 in mine. As a matter of fact I am selling 6 qts of German Castrol on ebay right now for those interested. Item # 200392859309.

not a single E32 engine needs 0W-30.
That maybe applicable for the E39 series.

I guess I ll use mobil 1 10 w40 super sync, pentonin??? I never heard of that oil... Is that for the transmission...

Ya tranny. Super expensive though. I heard you only need that if you have self leveling suspension. Otherwise regular Dex3 is fine
