This is great.
When the E36s are all rotted out , you can instantly jump into a modern E36 and make big power.

Dang. Is the HPFP upgrade recently available? If I remember correctly that was a hold up.
You do you. Respect.

Looks like someone finally found a hpfp solution! NicE powa!
nice!
I need to slap the single turbo kit I have on my 335i already...
RK tunes
Nice. Which kit? So far i like this kit better.
photo 3.JPG
Correct. Recently introduced. With the HPFP the stock twin turbos can make something like ~550whp iirc.
Ohhh just a twin scroll bottom mount kit...

very nice!
Just something to share. Both cars are indenctical, the red car is Auto with shorter gearings.
How is the auto holding that much torque? Must be running a flash tune since that seems to help them hold more power than the piggy back tunes.
Upgraded valve body.
Dang, impressive.
(I'm oblivious to anything not e36/e46.) What sort of chassis reinforcements are needed to reliably run this, or is the e9x chassis pretty stout. Besides the clutch, is the rest of the drivetrain up to the task - at what power levels do things break? That's an incredible amount of power from a stock frame turbo. The engine internals, head gasket, head studs etc are all stock??

awesome! impressive.
Sorry i wasn't clear with my post. These are single turbo cars. 6465. Didn't want to make another thread on N54 stuff so posted them here.
The E9x chassis (and The E82) are pretty stout. Worlds better than the E46. People who run high power setups just use diff brace to minimize wheel hop. Drivetrain wise there hasn't been much to worry about. Some DCT guys with launch control and sticky tires broke driveshafts, but overall these things are very strong. BMW did their best to overengineer things in their first attempt to go FI.
Yes the engine is unopened.
E40 + meth. With the HPFP upgrade available now you can run straight E85 and use meth just for safety not for fueling.

JB4 only.

Here's another solution for fueling. DI + port injection:
It's a HTA3586 Turbo BTW.
man... I need to start modding my 07 335xi !!! last week at the drag strip, I wasn't able to do better then 13.5 with my turbo E36 M3 (no traction at all).. I should have tried my E90 335xi with only a JB4, I am pretty sure it would have done better because of traction issues...
