FS: S54 Valve Adjustment Shim Kit + magnetic tool

    $350 shipped
I used 6 shims in the kit and put in what I took out of my motor. Includes magnetic pickup tool.

Argh, I need to do this to mine this winter. If you have it in a couple months, I'll take it. Right now, its just not a priority.

    Kim,

I figure you already know that the S54 shims are different than the Euro 3.2s.
It's not speed that kills, it's the speed difference that does. Obviously you aren't going fast enough.

Hmm, I thought that the thinner ones would work on the euro 3.2. I guess it has been too long since I looked into it. Come to think about it, I think someone said that Saab makes shims that fit the euro motor.

S54s have rocker arms. The shims are much smaller diameter as I understand it.

Fiat shims fit the 3.2- I have them in my motor.
