    The Hunt for the Guilty

and the prosecution of the innocent

    some things NEVER change!

the bossman is on the hunt for the Guilty on a project because it went to plan check only 50% done, and GUESS WHAT

the CLIENT figured it out!! and is PISSED because he cant bid the dwgs since they aren't complete

of course the REASON it was submitted at 50% is because we didnt have enough staff to get it done on time

but OF COURSE we didnt TELL the CLIENT we coundn't make the deadline, so we submit crappy dwgs

I TOLD the bossman too that we shouldn't submit 50% drawings to the building dept because we will look BAD to the CLIENT

luckily, that gets me off the HOOK, but the bossman needs to

LOOK IN THE MIRROR for the Guilty,

but one of the pleasures of owning your own company is you never need to do that

They never get rid of the real problem people, unless they themselves quit.

Here's a true saying in the corporate world....

They keep moving the headstones, but not the bodies.
