1988 535is hydraulic brake booster problem

hi,

on my 1988 535is, I went to replace the brakes master cylinder as it was leaking underneath.
Then I noticed that the hydraulic brake booster had steering fluid in its bottom. I also noticed that by just nudging the booster rod slightly, steering fluid would seep out.

I assume this means I need to replace my hydraulic brake booster? Can it be rebuilt? Can the rubber part be replaced? If not, has anyone got a spare they would be willing to part with?

Advance Auto Parts wants WAY more money than I have available to replace this part with a rebuilt item, and the manufacturers don't even have one available..
