Anyone want to buy a house?

Chez Powell is up for sale.

Yeppers, I bought the wife a house about 2 miles east of here on the top of a hill with a view and lots more land.

Bennies for me include 3 fireplaces, 2 jacuzzis, a three car garage and RV parking.

Great views, nice deck, lots of land and great place for friends to come over. After this place sells, I'll post the gate code to the new place. Try not to piss off the new HOA

PS: I'll be looking for someone to help me move the hydraulic lift, tools and the Sony WEGA

congrats Jim! The new place sounds great, nice call on the 3 car garage, now the sweat shop will have more room to grow.

Sounds pretty cool Jim. I'd like to see some better working quarters though, maybe more room.....

I'm glad you're staying local. I'll help you move for $10/hr See you tomorrow.

The new house I'm moving into won't be all too big, 2500sq/ft. But the garage will have 3 stalls connected to the house. Then the real garage is out back, 4 stalls, (mm...hydraulic lift, sandblasting unit..) 2 stories, full bath/kitchen and checkered flooring...

Whoa Jim, you liar. You said you weren't gonna sell and look what you do when no one is looking? Very cool and congrats --- moving only 2 miles away though, bleh. I can help move stuff if you want -- SUV at the ready. I look forward to the huge garage/laboratory/fabrication facility you're no doubt going to biuld in your backyard.

Jim it isnt my house to buy, It's my parents I'm still mooching off them until i finish my college.
But I will go as far as saying that the house & garage fully built and decorated is less than $350k. That's a good deal even for around these parts....
