    Fog light wiring diagram?

    I just got a a set of fogs for my '91 and the wiring for my headlights is a mess. I've searched this topic and every link to a wiring diagram is broken. Wondering if anyone had a working link.


    Or if anyone can help me out with this one question...

    My driver side has a wire that puts out 12V when the fog light is switched on but the passenger side has a wire that runs over to driver side and its the same yellow/purple and brown, not currently connected to anything. Do you actually just conenct it to that same 12V source or is there another 12V for the passenger side in the wiring harness (if so what are the colors). I imagine there is a different source considering there are two fuses but none of the misc. wires in my passenger side are fog light colors. I'm going to go DMM crazy on this thing today so any input to save some time would be nice.

    although my model dosen't have the fog wiring, I'm going to assume the 92 318ic has the same headlights wiring as my '91 318is

    I'd lean to something in the E30 family. A 92 318ic is an E36 -- *correction*, it's still an E30.

    its the same diagram as that and I'm pretty sure its the 318ic is the later e30 vert model.

    Anyone know a shop that can redo wiring on my 91 318is , I need my headlight harness cleaned up and new head and fog lights installed, as well as an aux fan connected properly.
    Looking for a shop or someone who has enough experience to help me out in the Long Island NY area.

    I’d recommend visiting Jan’s Euro Motors in Huntington. Got some work done from them on my 91 318is
