    Suspension Refresh urethane vs. OEM

I am working on putting together the parts for a suspension refresh. The car is my DD in FL and does not see track time. The present setup is OE everything with 110k miles except the pro-kit springs. The car will be getting new coilovers and all the bushing, tierods, sway bar links ect. replaced. But I would like some input on RTAB and FCAB. Either Powerflex urethane or OEM w/ vorshlang RTAB limiters. The car will be lowered about an inch lower than it is now. I was planning on swapping front strut mounts and running 2.5 deg of camber. I don’t want to damage the frame or mounting points on the car w/ a set up that is to stiff, and I don’t want it to crash like crazy over bumps or make a ton of noise. But it is an M3 so I want it to drive and handle great.
    Thanks for the input.

If you search, there is a lot of information about OE vs. Urethane, like the thread below.

I think most people go with Urethane because you don't need any special tools or a press to install

That's what I did. I installed Powerflex RTABs. I do not recommend them. They are harsh and noisy. On the first drive I noticed this.

I would recommend OEM RTABs with limiters.

I used OEM M3 LCABs and I'm happy with them.

The hours your BMW spends parked....you don't get those back.

Smooooth, no binding when you replace with OE and limiters.
