    So my doorlock quit working remotely on the driver side

    so I bought a new lock actuator. How hard is it to install this without tearing up the door? Is it a fairly easy process? Any tips appreciated.

    It's not easy getting into the door. I think the dealer charges something like 3-4 hours of labor for this job. I've done it and it's not pretty. Next time I'll just pay the dealer the labor to do it... that's how hard it is.
