525I ABS Emissions

Hey does anyone know if my Abs Module is bad if I'll pass emissions in Illinois I only have the ABS, Traction control, and SRS lights on no Check engine lights?

Unless they changed the rules you will not pass if there are any warning lights on the dashboard. Years ago when I had a 1987 325, the rechargeable battery behind the dash for the oil service interval indicator would no longer hold a charge, causing the oil service light to stay lit. The engine was running perfectly. Went to get emissions tested and was turned away because of the oil service lights. I tried to explain what the lights were for and even offered the owners manual but they didn't want to hear it.
Are you aware of repairing the ABS module thru ModuleMasters? Last I checked it was about $300.
