Looks amazing.... This thread has really made me contemplate going with M3 fenders.
christ, this thread has given me an itch for an e30 turbo of my own!
Damn that thing looks beefy! I cant wait to see it all one color and with the hood on!!! (im sure you cant either haha!)

Thanks everyone for all of the positive comments! I really appreciate the love!
today, I got it aligned as I said before... afterwards I took Anthony for a drive up and down the street before taking back to the shop. I then took the intake off and reworked the BOV placement. Then some more tuning, and took the wifey for a ride (she really liked it! ) Then the wife left, and me and a buddy took the car out for some more tuning. I am running direct off of the wg spring which I believe is about 8psi. Sounds awesome and is starting to really run well. I'd say right now I am in the 230-250whp range just with the adjustments I have made. Boost is smooth and strong. I didn't have enough timing, nor enough fuel as it came up on power earlier so it kinda is starting to melt my plastic cover... Oh well, eventually, I will be covering the turbo and DP. When I can afford that... possibly over the winter when I get more work in here!
Here are some shots from today... I am still waiting on Anthony to post up his quick videos!
Currently, I am having weird wiring issues with the chassis wiring that I am trying to fix. The windows dont work, nor does the AC fan stuff. And the most important is that the Aux cooling fan isn't working! Good thing I decided to run an engine fan! It is staying relatively cool. But my cluster gauge isn't running in a normal range either. I think I need a different sensor with a different range. The gauge is reading, just low is all. I am getting my engine temps from the ECU which does seem to be reading correctly.

What year is the chassis? You might need to hook up a wire or two in the glove box to get the windows n a/c to work. My buddy had an issue with that stuff too...
The cluster temp gauge is wrong unless you use the e30 cyl head temp sensor
you want to replace #15 in that drawing with the temp sensor from a e30. I think its a brown standard 2 pin bosch connector with only one pin in it...

Wow! This thing is looking really really good!!! Keep it coming. What color are you going with?

Looking good.
Will the bumper to fender lines be fine tuned?
Or are you OK with it?
This is going to be a beast. My plan for my e30 but not as much turbo
dudez i'm telling you safety orange & black looks really good on older cars

Some super old lady has a henna 325e near my school. Looks garage kept. looks immaculate from what i can see. You dont know how many times i thought about stealing it...

What did you have to do to the BOV placement?
The bumper is bolted to the fender (on the front) but the bumper itself sits a little lower... so for now I am ok with it. But I have an idea to see if I can fine tune that line across the front you are probably talking about.
I agree that looks good for sure... but I love the color of this car and I have a thing with silver cars! My last turbo project car was nearly the exact color of this car. Which means I need to keep it this way
Anyhow, we have a orange autocross car (77 rabbit clone)
yeah I just changed the angle downward some so the hood would fit.
Yep what you said
Can anyone be more specific about the wiring issues with regards to my power windows, sunroof and AC controls (mainly the blower) as well as my Aux fan in the front. If it swap related then that would make sense. I have been pouring over the less than helpful wiring diagrams and have yet to figure out what is going on. I do have a lead though. The K5 relay has no constant power for some reason. I am going to pop open the relay board and try to ascertain what is going on there.
Never mind! I found it! Was a tiny wire buried in the wiring harness on the engine that needed to be grounded. It is the ground for the load reduction circuit. Basically everything started working once that was connected! Yay! I back traced it to the relay board and found the issue in about 10 min... glad that was easy... The diagrams still no help hardly though!

Glad it ended up being a easy fix. Nothing feels better than a simple fix to a issue that in your head you thought might be a nightmare!
