1st time oil change -any cautions ???

I already have the oil and filter ( Amsoil 0w-30 and oem filter from dealer ). Any gremlins to look out for?
Thinking back, I slightly remember something about the drain plug ( don't over tighten ). Do I really need a torque wrench to change my oil????

If you haven't already, take a look at Uberjeph's page which has instructions on changing the oil. He does a good job at detailing the steps. I don't remember the address off hand, but it is in the FAQ in my sig.
