    Hi Leo,

    It's less then a 1 beer job.

Open the hood and bend over and look at the back of the head light that's out.

In the rear and center of the light you will see the connector and the wiring harness.

Reach in and grasp the connector with two or three fingers and twist to the left or right (depending on which side of the car) about 1/4th of a turn and the bulb should come right out.

    The high bulbs are a number: H9005, from 55w - 100w and the low bulbs are number: H9006 from 55w - 80w.

Donot touch the bare bulb with your fingers, you will leave an oiley residue which will cause the bulb to quickly burn out. If you do touch it, not to worry, just clean it with some isopropyl alcohol and a soft cotton cloth.

Good luck and don't drink any of the alcohol.
