If you want brighter bulbs, I would suggest these.

I used the 3710-xWHP3 and 4210-xWHP3 festoon bulbs.
They are about $8 each and if you do all interior lights as well as glove box and trunk, I think there are 12 or 14 of them.
Makes for a nice bright white. Just my $.02

honestly don't go for bright/blue, its way to hard on your eyes. I like the shuttle look.

Almost forgot (yes it's an age thing) they ARE bright, but when you hit 40-something you will understand the need for brighter lights.....Uncle LEO???? SOMEONE ANSWER THAT DAMN PHONE!

Note that with LED interior lights you run the risk of them melting the housing if left on for to long. True Fact.

I have to differ with you on this one. The Superbright LED's are cool to the touch. Warm at best after several minutes.

The OEM festoon bulbs get so hot after 30 seconds that you can barely handle them.

I know the whole idea behind the LED's is that they are colder and use less power to run BUT I was told by a very well known Manufacturer in the industry (deals with a lot of high end M series) that it happens.
I dont know why but I can assure you it happens sir.
