Got rid of my '98 saab 9000 a few weeks ago, and picked up a 2001 330i with sport package. Drove from Boston to to DC to pick it up, long trip but absolutely worth the drive back.
It has 122,000 miles, one owner who always garaged it (both at home and at work) and took it to the dealership for all maintenance. Hooray for no scratches and door dings! It's also had the cooling system and oil separator replaced about 3 thousand miles ago. Is there any other preventative or scheduled maintenance I should be aware of?
Any meets coming up in the boston area soon? I'll be at german car day.

Sweet ride! Although I'm not sure you had to go all the way to DC for it.
This is a great board for local traffic and group buys, but for specific info for your car you'll want to check out www.e46fanatics.com. This site has a lot more E36 guys than E46.
