She's alive! Well... almost. Rear end rebuild/refresh is complete so I spun her around to start the front.. Exhaust is completely off at the moment but won't be staying that way. Exhaust is off because it needs to go to an exhaust shop anyway. 2 of the 6 exhaust manifold flange bolts broke off during removal. Typical of 20 year old exhaust that's never been touched.Trying to decide if I want to keep my Remus or go with Rogue Engineering.

Got it out of winter storage! Finally.
AFE 3.5" intake, 3.5" Euro HFM, 24# Injectors, TMS Chip, TMS Pulleys, TMS Shorty Headers, AA Track Pipe, Borla Catback, Billstein Sport Shocks, H&R Springs, TMS Adjustable trailing arms, X-Brace, TMS Front and Rear Strut Tower Braces, UUC Evo III SSK, UUC Shift Nob, DSSR selector rod, Fan delete.....
The 3.38 LSD I picked up a few months back had a failed pinion bearing. Thayer Motorsports hooked up the 188mm parts to service this tired LSD.
Installing the LSD, rebuilding the rear section of the driveshaft, and tackling a refresh/upgrade to the shifter...
changing out one wiring harness for another, M50 -> M50. I see that the automatic and manual harnesses are different parts.

Just picked up my car from the shop. I almost always do my own work, but didn't want to do the reinforcements myself.
Work done:
- Subframe reinforcements
- RTAB pocket reinforcements
- Subframe bushings
- RTABs
- Diff bushings
- Subframe repaired (cracked pretty badly, I'll post some pics later)
- Front suspension sorted out (end links were loose)
- Rear suspension fixed (rear shock mounts were backwards)
- Alignment
- Everything looked over/checked/tightened/etc
The car feels amazing! Maybe even better than it ever has.
Can't wait to test it out at Thunderhill this weekend. Anyone else going to be there?

+1 for the DMS. I get complimented all the time for the way it sounds

I've had the RE DMS before and miss it quite a bit. Only reason I'm struggling to decide is because I bought my car with the Remus on it already and it's not bad at all.
Washed it today.

I bought a 98 318ti and trailered it home, silver w black, a little lowered, z3 wheels and 5spd. Bought a 95 three months ago for my son, and after driving it awhile was impressed by the sport and MPGs, needed to have one for my commute

Fixed the horn, fixed the reverse tail light that was out. Shorted the wiring to the washer tank float. No more check control for that annoyance.
Lime Rock Park... the most fun you can have in a mile and a half.
Finished refinishing my ds2's. Sanded and filled all the rash, epoxy primer, 2k filler primer then 2k top coat rattle can.
I think they turned out great, slightly darker colour than stock.
Was a real pain painting them in my garage and not a spray booth (dust control is ridiculous)
But just put in new caps and ///M badges today after paint cure. Next week I get the super sports installed.
