Well guys it looks like my 320i days are over.

Went to bring it in for inspection yesterday and they called me up today saying they couldn't inspect it. It had a rusted frame and basically "the only thing holdin the car up was the fenders." I was in shock and I couldn't believe i wouldn't be driving it anymore. I guess the only resort is the junk yard...

hehehe, yepp.....the highway 'safety-patrol' and az dept of transportation vehicles severly lack in clearing crap off the roads. and a lot of people in AZ don't know how to tie down crap in their pickup trucks.
