First Post - Rebuilding M3 Engine - Please Help

    Hello all,
Okay, recently I purchased an over-revved 95' 3.0l M3 engine(the 2nd M3 engine I have owned) as my newest project. It's rods, camshaft, and block are all good, but it need pistons, valves, and a head for sure. And someone is trying to sell me some parts off of a wreched M3. So, I was wondering if I could put a 97' 3.2l head and manifold onto my 95's engine? And if I can how will this affect my performance. Also, I have someone trying to sell me some Metric Mechanic 10:1 pistons that I believe are for an 325. And I was wondering how it would affect my performance if I put them on my engine compared to the standard 3.0 M3 pistons. All help is appreciated, thanks.

I belive the bore on an S50 is larger, so the 325 pisotns won't work. Let me know how this goes man, i'm going to start the same project soon.

Okay, I'll keep you posted as I'm sure this project is going to take forever.
