My newest project. E28 535i 2JZ-GTE conversion.
First car was running with M52B28 engine but I needed something different so that's why 2jz.
BMW E28 535 stuffed with 3.0l 2jz engine + R154 gearbox. Stock twins + stock ecu with basic mods at this time but maybe single turbo conversion with Vems ecu in winter time Also must paint the whole car in one color because previous owner did make quite interesting "art" paint job
I will take more pictures also of the interior.

The shark is pretty sweet, I like it, it's different and I haven't seen it before.
Sounds like you'll have quite the e28 when you're done!

My '83 533i. I've owned it for almost 2 years now and have done a complete rebuild on the engine. I still have a lot more work to do with interior and exterior though.
I know that a lot of people on here don't like the "Move Over" license plate on the front, but it's my car and I enjoy it.
Picture my friend took of me when I was driving behind him one day.

I put my new wheels on recently so I thought I would share. The wheels are 17" Oz Vega 3 Piece
got a replacement front air dam which i will be putting on after i finish with some other repairs.
It's a very difficult swap. It takes a lot of fabrication work since not much matches up. The exhaust work alone is big money. Each primary has to be fabricated to wrap between the steering rack, sway bar, and chassis brace. The clearance is less than 1cm in every direction and the welds are about the same distance apart. Unbelievable amount of work for that swap in every way you turn.
1987 535is converted to 5 speed 545is...Factory M30 turbo out of a 745. 77k miles on motor. Car has approx 120k. New Aardvark 3.90 LS. New paint and body last year. Original interior. BMP front and rear bumpers Billys, H&Rs 17 inch wheels. First drive 1100 miles Greensboro, NC to Bentonville, AR.
I did some lighting mods and drove my hooptie from Atlanta, GA to Savannah. Five hours and trouble free, feels good to know that my own work of rebuilding the head was good enough to hold up. It was my first time doing any sort of internal repairs on anything at all so I was fairly nervous.
1983 528e. Alpine Weiss, Cardinal Red leather.
I'd like to post pics of my e28 but I use the mobile app on the iPhone and it ask for the URL. I know this may sound stupid but how do I post pics?

I shouldn't of gone into this thread, now I badly want an E28. Really nice examples I'm seeing here, keep up the good work guys.
