double lock does not work after replacing actulator

99 m3 have double lock. with doors are locked? you can open the doors from inside with the door handle. this is how it always was.
after I replaced the actulator? now it does NOT double lock. when alarm is armed or doors locked, i can pull on the inside door handle and the lock will unlock.
anyone have any idea? or is there anything to enable it?

"double-lock" means that you cannot unlock from inside at all. Try using the key.

yes you are correct. but after replacing the actulator, NOW I CAN just pull the handle inside the car and the lock will unlock. maybe its deactivated? i dont know. if so how can i activate it again?
