I used to watch this thread before I had a shop and while I worked for and independent BMW shop. Somehow I have a shop now... and this cars been a long time in the making in a few different hands including mine..
The amount of effort to stop when something isn't right and to fix it during a big project is a lot of work, not saying that what was given to me at all, but just Parts, People, Systems, and Scenarios in general. I'm sure we all know. But the car is ready for the track.

The S52 that was in the car made noise warming up for the dyno, With Bill Huemanns car already S54, Garys followed.

I am hoping I can share photos and we update how things got here.
