I have 176K on my 90 535i. Runs smooth as can be and seems to shift good with the auto trans. Original motor and transmission as far as i know. Has a little bit of a lumpy idle from time to time but this seems to be somewhat common with the E34. Im so in love with this car and i plan on keeping this one for a long time.
184,xxx on my 530i 3.0L V8.
90k on the Alusil shortblock replacement.
finally past 260K
285k with 2nd set of bmw sachs shocks!
wow my car is still a baby with 160000 miles on it!

I don't know if anybody's has reached half a mill but I bet if you put on most of them and made a video of is clicking over BMW would say something about it. Or probably not, But I know if I made cars and someone send me a video of my car clicking over to 500.000 I would buy them a new car.
hmm at 81xxx miles i think it may be a while before i'm welcome in this thread...
Just hit 208,000 this week. My round trip daily commute is roughly 100 miles per day so she is racking up the miles quickly. She splits duty with my E46 if the weather is bad but I've still managed to put 12k on her since I bought her 8 months ago. Other than the sloppy steering due to wasted front suspension and shocks, she drives great. Every day when I get out on the interstate and hit that sweet spot at about 80mph she just purrs like a kitten.
270,xxx slushie rear end is starting to get sloppy.
Even with 7 cylinders I rolled my 381,000th mile this week.
Man i have a way to go on my M30, im at 215k.
Since this seems to have become a "post your mileage" thread, mine ticked over 150K yesterday... For the record, my M50 got an oil change a month ago and exactly 6 quarts came out. I love these engines.

relatively low at 180,000km for an e34. the m60 is a temperamental engine.
woo! thread revival. awesome!
I'm at 260,xxx currently. 7 years ago I started with 176k. Love it.
Mine's getting up there, too...: 284xxx as of a couple of hours ago.

Meh, I'm not counting. I just put in gas, turn up the tunes and go....
I will say, it's still under 150k.
215,000 miles here. Loads of trouble since I've owned it, but it's all been basic maintenance that just happened to go wrong when I bought it. I hope.
