SOLD!
Up for sale is my BMW 318 5-speed convertible that I picked up last year from a bimmerforums member here. Planned on keeping it to run down to shore this summer, but of course plans change. Only looking to sell to put money into another car. Or, may just keep it since the good weather is fast approaching! {edit} nice weather is now here! Also, in the interest of full disclosure, I learned via carfax in March 2009 that the mileage may be incorrect. There's a difference of about 2,000 miles from a reported mileage entry in 2001 to one in 2007, so actual mileage is unknown. This was not disclosed to me when I bought it last year. Even though it's reading 73+k now, based on registration numbers and previously reported mileage history I'm estimating it to be somewhere between 73k and 110k. Just letting potentially interested people know.
Runs great, lots of maintenance and replacement part records, thousands of dollars in receipts. No issues or stories, everything is tight, needs nothing mechanically (which is why I jumped on it when I saw it last year).

hehe, thanks! Nice to know someone's catching that
Actually, it's a bite off an old Quincy Jones song (Wee B. Doinit) that uses the line "Pump it up homeboy just like that." Though many may remember it more from a sample used by Club Nouveau on their "Lean On Me" release (along with we be jammin', we be jammin'). But I wouldn't doubt Hammer using it as well at one point or another! Ah, the 80's....
