06 330i, can I add bluetooth or ipod connection?

Ipod yes, Blue tooth depending on date created. Pre 9/05 cars NO.

You can enter your serial number into www.realoem.com and check. A trip to the dealership will also help as well.

Adding bluetooth and ipod to your car might not be practical due to cost of parts and labor. You might want to look into that as well.
