What's up my fellow Hoosier! I just purchase my FiRST BMW and LOVE it!! Would love to me up and cruise sometime!
Indy here and proud new handler of a 2000 540i, debadged, silver with the 6 speed. It's my favorite BMW to date. I've had a couple others and a nice M3 when I was stationed in Germany in the mid 90's.
Greetings to all !

Just reading through, I'm up for a cruise or coffee as well. I live on the east side and work in Noblesville so the car gets around. I look forward to meeting some other enthusiasts and picking people's brains. I'm a paint and body man by trade, so if anyone has any questions or concerns, give me a shout.
Question ? With this weekend being a holiday weekend, will anyone be out and about for cars and coffee ? I was going to try and make it up on Saturday but wasn't sure who, if anyone else might be around.
@Russell. I'm not sure if it has been, I've only had it a couple weeks now. I do know that I love old man Merkle even if they can be a bit slow at times.

Also, for those who might want or need any custom vinyl done of any sorts, Herr Merkle's son Darren owns Shadow Graphics which is right around the corner from Gasoline Alley. I recommend them to anyone as they do great work. Indy, might see you out on the roads, who knows, beautiful car BTW.
I think it's 9512 N Meridian ? From 10-12 from what I read earlier in the thread. I won't be able to make it this weekend, just found out I have to work unfortunately but it's an important client and it has to get finished.
Went to the Indy cars & coffee on Saturday for the first time. Very nice cars but only a few bimmers. Hoping to meet more of you in the coming weeks.
I'm hoping to make it next weekend so long as I don't have to work. Our shift on Saturdays is 6- noon so it's tough to get there before about 12:30-12:45. I'm hoping to make it out for sure and have a couple things I'm hoping to get done this week to change the look of the car a little bit.

Hey all, anybody gonna be out and about on the south side or downtown this week?

We are doing a scenic drive tomorrow morning from Fishers to Columbus using the curviest roads possible. Meeting at Paradise Cafe of exit 10 in I-69. Leaving at 9:30 am. The more Bimmers the better!
Dammit! I just saw this post about the run to Columbus. I'd have lived to join in.

We had a great drive yesterday. We put in about 200 miles and hit about every curvy road in Indiana. Check the Hoosier BMW Facebook page for future drives.
Reggie's open house and car show this weekend. June 15. Nice time and good eats.
Lets get the party started before it's my bedtime.
Might come out to the Indy C&C Saturday. Hopefully find someone interested in this. :\

Anybody doing cars Nd coffee today?!
I'm planning on stopping by before heading over to the Road Rocket Rumble. http://www.indyroadrockets.com/rumble.html
Anyone in the Indy area have a scan tool I could use on E36? My car is having issues and my tool is still in Atlanta. Even the peak tool would work. I would compensate you for use.
