Hey guys, this is my car. It so happens that E34 535`s are my favorite cars! Don`t get me wrong, E34 M5 euro is amazing, but this car with the right upgrades is much more affordable, and it`s faster for a fraction of the price. This red E34 is something I have been wanting for a long time, when it came up on the Los Angeles Craigs List I had to check it out. After I brought it home I started fixing it up and doing all the little things to bring it back to a respectable level for an E34. I put a MAF on it to get me buy until we could do the turbo for it. The MAF made alot of difference, but not 170 WHP difference! Now the turbo is on and running absolutely perfect in every respect, no cold running issues, nothing! The car has 192,000 M on it and I have not opened the motor at all, as of yet.
Here is the car being tuned, my car was the test car for this turbo system. With having around a 150 WOT dyno runs, and hours of PT tuning logged on the dyno, it is safe to say that this car runs flawlessly! It retains the factory ECU, which was then completely re-mapped to suit the bigger injectors and all the added variables of a turbocharged motor. making a consistent 340 WHP and 330 WTQ this car rips pretty good considering that the engine has not been touched with over 190k Miles on it! At this power level, the stock brakes do fine in most conditions, the car seems very well balanced.
Here are some of the things I have done with the interior

Well thanks Guys, I really Appreciate it! I wouldn't trade my E34 for anything, I love these cars. E34`s are so beef I mean you cant get a car that is this good looking and this solid unless its an E34!
Fantastic looking car. Do you have any more pictures? The exhaust manifold looks nice.
fantastic car! but, no interfooler?
Nice work!
What kind of boost levels are you running?
Any 0-60 or quarter mile times?
Looks real nice.
I hate threads like this
E3.4
That car is Uber clean......What kind of price tag would that turbo kit bring to somebody like us??
91' E34 535iM, 92' E30 318iC "vert", 00' E38 750iL "highline"
Lookin very clean Dan, maybe polish up that intake manifold. Looking at the picture on your website, it looks like you changed from a blow through to a draw through set up?
That is just plain sweet! awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sweet Car! How about MAF for us M60 guys?
Nope, only Water injection. We use the Washer fluid tank for the water injection, if you inject windshield washer fluid into the engine it works great as it has alcohol in it! But the best part is that the tank has a low level sensor, so when you get low it comes up on the dash and tells you.
Very Nice!!! and Yes!, there are a lot of us interested in turbo charging our e34's. We all just need to know who to go to for the stuff. Please do tell!!! Dan bord@shaw.ca
very nice. just another reason i would love a 535.
Hey would you be interested in useing my car as a test subject for a 540 supercharger setup
"Health is merely the slowest form of death."
There were a number of reasons why we changed it from blow through to draw through, number one being signal quality. We found we would get a much smoother voltage curve infront of the turbo.
We have played a lot with the system and found the way it is now set up to be the absolute best. and it's the only fully tuned turbo kit for the e34 535.
Oh yeah and the charge pipe an intake pipes are poslished to an sanitary industry 3A finish. The hihgh gloss polish is to rice in our opinion. To see it in person does it justice.
Edit: der! You said intake manifold Tyler :p dan will probably powdercoat it black...
