I don't know the actual name of the piece, but it is on top of the rear seats in the center where the seat belts are and it covers them. The color is tan.
It has broken into many pieces because of people accidentally hitting it.

I want to buy one if anyone here is selling one for cheap.
The only place I found it was realoem.com for about 22 dollars which isn't too expensive, but why not try to find it for cheaper. I can't post the exact URL because bf.c wont let me yet.
