    E46: Best Projector headlights

    Hey,

Ok.. So pretty sad my 02 325IX didnt come with HID's... (wasnt aware they didnt).

I'm looking for the best quality HID Projector headlights to replace my factory halogen ones.

    - HID Projector, probally something 4300-6000k (not sure yet.
    - I would like for them to have the Angle eye mod already done.
    - I also would like them to have the "remote" feature, where they fade on/off with the remote lock/unlock. (but not important)

I know there are a few, but which one would be the best?
Which one do you have, and how do you like it? Pro's/Con's

PS: Did any models come with HID's?
And should this thread be here or in the E46 specific section?

I also want the LED tail lights but thats simple.

while your car may not have hids it may have projector headlights already eliminating the need for new headlights.
if you dont have projectors your options are stock xenon headlights or p46 headlights (www.bavtoys.com/e46projectors.php)
performance is about the same only the p46 are a bit cheaper compare to used OE parts and have angel eyes which the oe dont.
feel free to pm or email me if you need help.

like i tell every1. if you want a quality product to your house in 2-3 days with no hassle or gimmicks... go with Bav Toys. if you want to save $50 and wait 2-3 weeks and hope to get the correct products, go with the other guy.

If you can get original equipment why not just get that? You can find a pair on eBay for about 600-800 shipped.

Unless you want to do a custom retrofit or get Lightwerkz to do one for you (amazing quality, best output, but expensive), just pick up a set of OEM lights. DEPO P46 aren't bad, but those should not be your first choice. You could pick up a set of DEPO P46 and have Lightwerkz retrofit some TFX (TSX lenses on FX bi-xenon projectors) projectors in there.

Or you could do a retrofit yourself - the P46/OEM E46 HID lights are relatively easy to retrofit into (at least compared to E36 lights, roffles).

    Good luck.

I got the digital 50W from umnitza.. i'm diggin' em, very bright. I ordered with preinstalled LED Angel eyes... dont waste your time with CCFL, you will run into endless ballast problems.
