Here's a bit of me working on the bumpers. Only half of what I shot. I'm just too lazy to process the other half.

What do you guys think? Is it caused by valve stem seals or piston rings wear?

Hard to tell, not a lot of smoke. Is it worse when its cold or much the same? Would of thought that the valve seals would smoke a lot more, I had a Mazda that smoked like hell when I first started it and would go away once it was warm. That turned out to be the valve seals.
Inclined to say valve stem seals. Idling, off throttle, throttle on after idling, all situations where a valve stem seal likes to smoke. If possible, replace them when you can. I can assure you it only gets worse.

What sort of oil are you running and what temperature range does Kaposvár typically see?

Stem seals. When you rev it like that then idle it, the sudden pressure loss in the intake (aka vacuum) will actually suck oil through the seals, then when you rev it again it blows the blue smoke out.
I noticed that the smoke color was white at first then turned blue as you revved it. Was the engine cold when you made that video?
Nooo, engine was warmed up. I never rev it through 3000 when its cold.
BigJohn: Don't know what kinda oil is in the engine, i will change it to 15w-40. Temperature was pretty high nowadays, about 38-40° celsius (100°F).
These older engines are happier with 20w50, especially at those ambient temperatures.
Yeah. If you can get your hands on it, Mobil 1 synthetic 15w50 is ideal.
Valvoline Racing VR1 20w50 is also an excellent choice, given the way you seem to drive.
With ambient temperatures like that, I wouldn't run anything less than a 50 weight oil. In Australia it gets up around 35-40°C in summertime and my preference is to run a thicker oil.
They have something called Penrite 15w60 over here, which is very good.

Playin it fast and loose. me likey. you sure have a lot of room to play with down there near the border.
Ah man its a blast! Common down bro!
Only four people live out back there. The gentleman in the first house on the right flagged me down one day, told him I was just tuning, He said "great place to do it, Have fun just be safe" endless maintained dirtroads and very few blind corners.
Noticed I had grass stuck between my rim and tire today. After the videos I messed with my mixture some more, ended up backing the idle screw out about 4 turns and enriching mixture to compensate, holy shit dose she feel good, I just wanna go drive...
I think I just might go do that....
