Excellence is a habit, not an act.
looks good but still expensive lo.....I would just go with reversed 96+ strut mounts....
This one does not appear to be mounted in a forgiving material. Will be interesting to see how the NVH is. Also, $400 gets you a GC part which is beautiful, and more importantly, proven. The advantage with the new Kmac would be that you can use standard springs. I think you need coilovers to use the GC part.
GC apparently has a new CP described on Bimmerworld's site as a hybrid "soft" mount CP which I believe can be used with non-coilover suspensions...no caster adjustment though...same price as the K-macs...
Estoril/Modena '97 M3...sold for the second time.

what exactly got updated?
these aren't "updated" KMACs. These are a new product, spherical-bearing plates made by KMAC in addition to their usual urethane-mounted camber plates. There's been plenty of discussion in the archives why you should or shouldn't use spherical bearings on your car. Short answer - for a street or street/track car, don't bother.
thanks
Yep spherical bearings on a street car isn't very practical. If you get dirt/sand in them it's only a matter of time before they give out.
