This is why I don't care too much for F1; the politics. I wish I was around in the late 60s when my mother followed the F1 season in Europe. That was an era of racing, now is an era of bickering, which is a shame for the great drivers who have to put up with it.

At least someone is stepping up against this. Standardized engines are the worst idea in a series of terrible ideas that have been made by the FIA recently.

When F1 is one of your premiere advertising outlets for how advanced your engineering is(which is what F1 is for most of the bigger teams), taking away the biggest engineering showpiece in the car(the engine) is stupid. I'm surprised more manufacturers aren't with Ferrari on this one.
