M3 E46 Motor swap into an Euro M3 E36 EVO.

Technically, the two engines should be similar, a mechanical level should only change the clutch and flywheel.
If I install the clutch and flywheel of the M3 E36 I should be able to use the gearbox of M3 E36...

Yes, but you will need software updates to the Siemens MS S54 engine computer, and it will take some work to adapt the S54 wiring into the E36 chassis. It has been done before, but most of the people who do it do not write much about it. The transmission will fit, the radiator will work, and even the drive-by-wire pedal works.
