No more 4x4 factory height. I need to stop being lazy and get my real camera out soon.
I haven't seen this thread before. If this week goes as expected, I will be joining the Estoril club on friday.
As long as the seller has been honest about the condition and maintenance in our conversations, and I think he has since the carfax matches those parts, I will be bringing home a 1999 5spd Estoril/dove coupe. The mileage is kind of high at about 215k, but the seller's dad bought it in 2000, then passed it to him, and he claims to have maintenance history, Done by reputable shops, for the entire life of the car. Plus, the seats and headliner have been recovered.
Were white face gauges an option in 1999? I know that there was a period when is was popular to to swap them in.

Friday went as expected. This is the first picture of my ownership. I took it right after I walked out of the DMV, 15 minutes after I walked in, which was the fastest DMV experience that I have ever had.
Now that I have seen the white gauges in person, I agree that they are pretty much the worst thing ever to happen. I have another cluster that I can swap, but I'm mildly scared of having a problem with the odometer transfer.
The interior is a 9.5(new leather and headliner), and the paint and body are a 9. There is one scratch, and the spoiler will need a clear respray(not pealing, but faded to satin rather than gloss), but that's it.
It has a few mechanical annoyances, but nothing major, or immediate.
