I have an ECIS for an E36 for sale.

It includes the heatshield, filter, brackets, etc. This is the 3" model (the standard model, not for the upgrade HFM)

$150 and I'm located in fremont (work in Menlo Park).

As far as I know, all E36s are the same. (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this)

It should fit 93-99 E36s. Not sure on the 318s, but for the 325, 328, and M3s it should all be the same.

It should fit. I think the only issues are if you run the Dinan intake since the pipe curves down and the back of the euro lights are in the way.

In this case, you can just move the location of the filter a little bit.
