GaS LEAK right in front of pass. rear tire

So, as it says there is pretty good leak. It seems to be from the top of tank. And ideas?

take off the rear wheel well cover and look. Sounds like the hose is loose.

Fuel lines going into the fuel tank/pump.

with the price of gas, this must be an expensive leak

As Theodore said, fuel lines at the fuel pump. The single use hose clamps loosen up over time. Replace with regular fuel line hose clamps. Under the rear seat there's a small access panel to get to them.

pull rear seat, under them is 2 pannels on each side of the car that give access to the fuel pump/lines

had the same problem and had a 1/4 tank spill out onto the highway.

go to auto store get a new small hose clamp

take off back seat and unscrew cover for fuel pump

replace clamp

profit
