I would be happy if the low projectors removed the cut-off blocker when the highs are turned on (like the new SLK's)

Why is it ricer and crazy OP?? The E60 and the F10 (just to name a few cars) have high beam projectors as well as lows. It's just a standard projector with the shield removed. I have thought about this for a while, but it's simply not easy to fit projectors in the high beam spot, unless you have a way to mount them. It shouldn't look too bad. A quick photoshop would prove it.

BUT, I believe reflectors are more desirable for long range lightning because they illuminate bigger sections compared to projectors, which focus the light on a narrow beam. Watch WRC at night stages and take a look at the huuuge halogens they fit on the hood. Yep, those are reflectors, not projectors.

P-shop of my car. Doesn't look that different IMO:

I thought about this years ago. Dual bi-xenons... I don't know if the lights would create shadows over each other though.
    Keep us posted!

Years back before I met my wife, I often went up North in the Cottage country during summer time, at those places, you NEED insane lights, so I put in HID fogs and high beams in my Volvo and it shows all the sneaky kamikaze racoons on the side of the roads, but after got married and moved, I've yet to find the need to use high-beams in my car............... since all the money goes to mortgage and crap, no money to head out to the country side ahahahahha

Those are fog lights buddy, not another set of lows.

As for OP, a pair good bi-xenon projectors (fx-r) is all you'd ever need

Not sure why you need them. My high-beams work fine.

if it's all about looks, I guess that's cool.
