Engine and Airbag Fault Codes - verification help

Hi All,

Had my fault codes read today for both the CEL and the Airbag light (thanks Todor!) and I believe this is what they are:

Airbag

02 18 03

Section 02
18 - Seat Occupancy Detector, Passenger
03 - Supply Voltage

I read this as a bad Seat Occupancy Sensor. Is this the right assumption? I assume that the 03 code is linked to the seat occupancy failure.


CEL

P0446


Evaporative System Monitoring for M52 TLEV Vacuum type only.
P0446 - shut off valve stuck closed

What is this? Ideas?
