I have Bluetooth on my T68i. I bought the Bluetooth wireless earpiece for when I'm driving. Pretty cool. Too bad it cost $160.

The T68m was the one everyone complained about, wasn't it?

You cannot add Bluetooth to an existing phone but you can get an aftermarket bluetooth headset that has an adapter that you plug into you phone. Flashing phones from one model to anther is not recomended because if you do it to the wrong phone you can kill it literally!
