    headlights, turn signals, horn, etc.... probably needs all the wiring harnesses and relays, hardware and stuff at least. I doubt the windows are legal, and the exhaust would most likely need to be re-done.

    headlights turnsignals and licenseplate lights and you;d be fine...
    maybe a wiper motor and arm on the driver's side.
