spray tint of course
no. took them all apart painted the back of the lows and the highs will get the crosshairs as soon as i paint the crosshairs i got. then the lights will get put into the housings of my other set of smileys so they will have the wiper system... then eventually they will get installed on my car prolly in the spring.
I glued the fog light housing back together as it snapped in half when I tagged my front valence.
kinda ghetto, but if it doesn't look right when I'm done I'll scrap it. so far you can hardly notice the crack in the plastic housing.
I left my headlights on this morning (fog) and killed the battery
I hate fog!

made a sweet cold air intake.
pulled 56 lb of tar from the trunk last night, combo of air-chisel and hammer chisel made pretty short work of it all

Had a set of new tires put on today.
195/65/14 BFG traction T/As for $360 installed at Mavis Tire. These were pretty hard to come by, they had to order them from other shops.
These replace the 4 different brands from the dear prior owner. Funky handling with 1 bald Pirelli, a dry-rotted Dunlop, an ok Falcan and a Pep Boys special with no spare.
today?
beat the hell out of it, like usual.
WHY WONT IT DIE?
seriously though.....
what SHOULD i have done today?
Maybe replaced the steering rack, oilpan gasket, rear main, got an alignment, cleaned the harness plug under the manifold, changed the oil, maybe the plugs too?

Got disappointed by the lack of a package from ECS Tuning. I know it's early to be looking for it, since I only ordered it on New Years' Eve, but I want my dang spacers and bolts!
Ah, crap! It's still "product inbound", which means they haven't even gotten all the items yet! Oh, well.
Back on topic...drove the car to work, then back home because my wife locked herself out, then back to work, then to a viewing, then home. Noted that my OBC button-illuminating bulb has burnt out, and also noted that my fuel economy is getting sucky...22mpg by the OBC, 23.5mpg for realz.

Drove to the gas station, stopping once to check under the hood because it wasnt running worth a damn, got to gas station for cigs. car still running like crap, shut engine off and went in, came back and car wouldnt start, back under hood and noticed fuel coming out of cold air intake. Curse ALOT! call friend at napa to inform her of Defective Fuel Pressure Regulater. Wait 2 hours for new part to arrive. Install new part, start car, SMILE! (new part came from Advance Autoparts, Defective part came from NAPA. New part cost $20 less... Hmmm...) Car Runs great, and Tach decided to work Today! probly not tomorrow though...
I painted my bumpers black and finished the pipe for my cold air, ordered two bilstein hd's for the back, and then waved to her good bye as i got in the e46, I hate how it smells like a newer car, I miss my old smell everytime I get in my e30....

well the low beam housings are easy, i actually take those off without heat. but the high beam housings are more complicated. i ruined one high beam housing, but luckily i have 2 sets here and i just ordered another set today for $3 plus shipping from the uk and the guy even threw in the front signal and fog light plugs/wires i need for my car
im gonna order an HID kit from DDM as soon as i sell a set of the smileys i have.
Changed oil, oil filter, drain plug gasket & drove it for some hours.
Installed my leather ebrake handle/boot. I got it for Xmas but had to redo the brake shoes before I could install it.
