After talking with my wife and her saying the car has been in the garage for months and I haven’t touched it, my rebuttal was “you’ve been in here for years and I haven’t touched it”..... so I installed my condor speed shop power steering delete and degreased a lot of gunk....
Cheers to all my old heads who are married and living that life
Took a few months and a few donor seats but got these all done. Bought the frames with redone bolsters but lots of bits missing. Learned a lot about sport seats. They’ll do until I can afford some nice fabric and an upholsterer. Completely reconditioned the rails.

Took my Right Hand Drive E30 Touring into SSM Collision Center. Looking to convert this European market car into an M3 Conversion. I was looking into converting to OEM E30 Front and Rear European bumpers. Left and Right E30 M3 Fenders. Converting the rear quarter and portion of rear doors to E30 m3 Rear End. Looking to do an M3 S54 6 speed swap. Would like your thoughts.
ya. the color, rims, and stance on it is beautiful. I would not mess with that car
No e30s again.
took drivers door apart. Lock is broke. waiting on parts.
Update:
new latch cost more than all the parts i put in the engine... *sigh* but it is fixed now.

No e30s again.
Cleaned and lubed the sun roof cassette and re-installed the oem wind deflector. Old paperwork indicates that my 1984 325e also came from the factory with a BBS front spoiler which it still has.
that's badass
No e30s again.
Got the throttle plate and TPS correctly adjusted, thanks to the help of theljive (was struggling with some idle issues).
Got the key light fixed, and a new leather keychain, the metal one made a horrible noise when in the ignition.
Waiting for a vacuum pump to arrive, to convert to R134a, hopefully this week.
fuel gauge has been acting erratically over the past few months. Finally took apart the cluster and cleaned up the grounds and resoldered the board. also added LED's and some cluster rings.
Replaced busted taillight with some chrome housing aftermarket ones it looks clean and changed my headlights with some plug and play LED lights and ordered a splitter from garagistic. Picked up a new part from O’Reillys hopefully will help stop my engine from pissing oil everywhere.
I bought a e30! Let the project begin.

Drilled a hole in the flywheel where the reference sensor once was. Now to find a long tap!

Had to change the seat belt buckle receiver strap on the passenger side, which meant pulling the entire seat out. Accidentally moved one of the front threaded studs out of line, which then wouldn't allow the nut to thread on the stud through the hole in the seat rail. Used a deep socket to move the stud back where it was perpendicular to the floor--securing the seat to the floor was uneventful after that.

Adjusted valves on my "86 325e. I just got it running after sitting for a long time and noticed that it sounded quite like a diesel! My feeler gauge goes from .008 to .026. Several of the valves had a lot of play with the .026 gauge. They are supposed to be at .010, no wonder it clattered so much! This was my first time adjusting the valves on a BMW and I quite like how the engineers set it up. Now if I can only find that little Allen wrench I used to adjust them with! Lol
