    took the Bavaria out today, few pics ! (For those who don't know - 1975 BMW E3)

    it came out of storage today just to get washed and waxed in preparation for the upcoming S38 M5 Motor swap...

    and finally, the vert project (inside the garage) is finished being buffed and polished and is ready for the re-assembly !

    Gorgeous!!!!! I have no doubt you'll treat it well. A '73 Bavaria was my first car... Sahara on tan aka tan on tan. Same shitty auto too.

    Before that my family had a Silver on red '74 3.0si (like yours, not the coupe). I love those cars and aaaalmost pulled the trigger on one this winter.

    I've always loved Bavaria's. I've looked at getting a few but I have 3 BMW's already!

    Yours is beautiful. Are you just doing an engine swap? That and some suspension is as far as I'd go.

    engine swap, wide metal arches, more lowering (it already has springs, shocks and antiroll bars), remove big diving board bumpers, install front E9 CSL air dam, 16x8 front BBS RS, 16X9.5 rear BBS RS, few touches on the interior, should be sweet and classic

    It will be red, I'm sure, which is too bad, because clean, stock bodied examples in nice colors, such as this one are hard to find.
