WTB: E30, Manual Trans, BLOWN motor OR nonrunning

I am looking for an e30 with manual transmission. It can have NO motor, blown motor, high mileage motor. Whatever.

I prefer to find something with little to no body damage and NO rust.
Obviously I'm looking for a project car but, not a money trap.
You must be willing to sell for a reasonable price.

I also, prefer the 88+ E30 cars but am willing to see what you have. Also, Only willing to buy from a Socal owner.

Needs a clean title.
