My car does not have DSP. It came with tape deck, Rear Cd changer and 4 speakers (2 on each door)
My plan is to get a OEM BMW In dash CD player to replace my Tape deck. I wont be using my Cd changer so it will be removed.
I want to add 2 amps. One to run all door speakers and one to run 2 12" subs.
As for door speakers goes I will be getting 2 sets of Alpine Component speakers.
My main problem is how to use existing wires so I dont have to re-wire the car.
All amplifiers require an input which I dont have. How do I send the CD player signal to the amp? I doubt the OEM amp is using RCA wires.

Forget the rear speakers ....spend that $$$ on better front speakers ....Alpine does NOT make 'great' speakers ....unless you are more interested in SPL than SQ. If SPL is your main goal disregard my previous statement and stick speakers anywhere they will fit.

I can always choose another brand of speakers, that is not my concern.
My main concern is how to use the existing wiring to hook up 2 aftermarket amps

I guess you can use 2 line out converters ...one from the front speaker wires and one from the rear. Someone can probably help with this more than I ...this is nothing that I'd ever do ...I'm an audiophile and OEM HU's are strictly taboo. SQ at all costs is my motto.

Getting line out from speakers causes low quality sound. I was hoping to find a better way.

The system your planning isn't to difficult. Your car should have had from the factory 2 way front 5.25" comp set and rear door 5.25's and 5.25's use for woofers in the rear deck. If you haven't purchased any equipment yet here is the easy way to do things.
Peripheral SVEN4 high-end line out put converter connected to your Bmw cd player.
4ch amp & 2ch amp or 5ch amp with sub level control.
Using your stock speaker wires isn't a huge issues if you stay low power 35-50 watts per ch amps. If you want better performance larger speaker wires will help but running new wires into those doors is a bit difficult. As far as subs go I recommend you open up the metal in the ski hole area if it's not already open to allow more bass to get into the cabin with you. That car isn't very hard to work on if you plan the system out before the install takes place.

If you want an OEM head unit that will be plug and play in your car this is the one you want:
http://www.12velectronics.com/servle...CD-CD43/Detail
This will fit properly, and match your interior perfectly. The only problem is it will not control your 1995's CD changer. This is not necessarily a bad thing because there are many different options for ipod interfaces and auxillary audio input devices that will can take place of your changer.
For front speakers, I would highly recommend this component set:

These may be a bit more expensive than what you have been looking at, but definitely worth the price. For more information on these speakers, check out this thread:

Like, Catman says, you would be better off spending the money on the front speakers rather than the rear. If you want to have some rear fill, we have a great deal on some inexpensive 5.25" components you can use in the rear. Depending on your preference for your rear fill, you could just use the midrange out of this set and it would give you some nice fill, or you could add the tweeter if needed. Here is the one I suggest:

If you wanted to stick with all Hybrid brand speakers, you could put this ultra wide- bandwith midrange set in the rear:

As far as your amplifier connections go, this is a simple connection in your trunk. The CD43 radio I recommended has a balanced differential input to your factory amplifier. If you use an amplifier that accepts these inputs, you can connect them directly to your amp. If not, you can use a high quality line output converter and the sound quality will be very good.
Please let me know if you are interested in any of these suggestions. We also have a free shipping sale for forum members that actually ends today, but If you are at all interested, please let me know by tomorrow and I will see what I can do.
Thank you 12v for the suggestions. However, before I decide on the brands I want to figure out a plan on hooking things up then buy the goods.

You could also choose an amplifier that accepts high level inputs. You would get the signal wires from the head unit output wires that are available in your trunk at the factory amplifier. Your remote turn on wire and speaker wires are also at this location, so you will not have to run any wires through your car.
