so went fixx fest made a few passes same track as always.

    r/t .008
    60' 2.258
    330' 6.258
    1/8 9.532
    mph 75.3
    1000 12.324
    1/4 14.683

pss9 on full stiff all the way around, 40 psi front and 25 psi rear.

the m felt strong, just kinda hard to run fast when its 95 degrees.

Why is the pss9 on full stiff? Shouldn't it be on the softest settings possible for the strip??
Mods: stockish. 2980lbs. I need to lose more weight but can't give up my heated seats etc. Stock LSD FTW. 11/18/08: Need to reweigh with much lighter coilovers.

Yes, I had pretty bald conti sports on the back. Stock size as well on the x8.5 DSII. 245-45-17. I was pretty shocked when I saw the 1.8 myself.

Yes launch details and suspension info please. I managed a 13.7 at 104 with a 2.3 60' time. I would love to see what I would trap with a 1.8. Do you slip the clutch a lot? What size tire do you run, how do you feel about the differential you have?

The 1.8 60' was on the 245s like I said before, with the 3.46 40% lock diff (even though I had a bunch of 1.9s before the diff) and a UUC LTW flywhee/m5 clutch combo. Suspension was Koni struts/shocks and h&R race springs. The struts were set about mid range on stiffness. Really all I did was launch at about 3500 rpms and very slightly slip the clutch. She would just hook and shoot away. I raced a STI once and he had a 1.9 60'.. came up to me asking how a stock looking M3 pulled a better 1.8 60. hahaa

there are two IDENTICAL 13.864's Alex ran one, and I ran the other. (I had better 60' ) He trapped at 101 and I went at 99.. And Don't worry about adding this run. I plan on heaing out there this Wed if its not raining to bring it down a few .1's

    Thanks

pretty much what I do, suspension is also similar, same flywheel clutch combo, I have done 1.8 60' on goodyear eagle F1 G3 235/45/17's....I think it is the dakar yellow that helps 60'
    cheers, Alan

    I have an updated time:

mods are the same as before save a catback exhaust. I don't know if I have made anymore power from my last dyno without the catback. Last dyno was 212rwhp/211rwtq.

    Time was as follows:

    60' - 1.965
    1/8th - 8.630
    1/8mph - 80.81
    1/4 mile - 13.481
    1/4mph - 100.88

My camera is dead right now, but I will post up time slips as soon as I can. I kept the tire pressure around 32psi and it was a nice 65 degrees out so I think on a cooler day and lowering the psi to 20psi might yield a better 60'. I think this car right now is capable of 13.3's and I am going to try to get there by the end of the month.

This was done on 275/40 General UHP Exclaims.
“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual State. In a single State, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.” – Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28

I think on a cooler day and lower tire pressure I might be able to get a loow 13.4 or a high 13.3. That is what I am going to go for on the 23rd of this month.

    Next mod will be 3.73lsd.
