What about that guy that stripped his red e36 coupe, had all the shit off of it, seats, suspension, trunk, etc. He had some huge pictures of it, maybe he knows?

The 2 biggest things are the spare tire and the back seat. Well the passenger seat too if you want to do that.
I know for a fact that the carpet is pretty damn heavy. You'll save a good 30-40 lbs if you remove all the carpet. The headliner weigh next to nothing so I wouldn't even bother with that.
sup guys, i own a 1992 325is 5 spd and i stripped my car down. i took out the passenger seat, rear seats, and spare. i noticed a HUGE difference in the quickness of my car. to give you a small example.. i raced my friends stock integra GSR with my stock car with all the weight in, and he beat me by a car or 2. then after my weight reduction, i raced an integra GSR with intake, headers, and a straight pipe and pulled just a little bit out of 2nd and kept that small distance.
BimmerBruin, the LEDs were upgraded in the rings...sorry for the late response.
What was wrong with the e30 Supa?
