    Question M52B28 Boosting,Headgasket,Studs,Clutch question

Hello, i got M52B28 engine and i am going to Boost it around 15psi.
There is a possibility for me to buy a Gasket of S50B30US .140" - will it fit to my engine?
    As i know:
    M52: Cometic (C4328-070 328) Head Gaskets - 2.5/2.8L M50B25/M52B28 - 85MM Bore - MLS .070"
    S50/S52: Cometic (C4329-070 M3) Head Gaskets - (US Version) 3.0/3.2L S50B30/S52B32 - 87MM Bore - MLS .070"

As i see - the difference is only 85mm BORE vs 87mm for M3.
    1) Can i use the 87mm Gasket on my M52B28 with 84mm Pistons? [15 psi,around 360 hp approx.]

2)My currect CR is 1:10.2, what Gasket thickness should i order for 15 psi boost on Stock internals? [TD05-20G turbo] 0.080? 0.140?
And what CR will these Gaskets give after installing them?

2)Should i put ARP studs for 15psi or can i stay with Stock studs?

    What's their thickness,12mm ?

    3)Does M30 Clutch fits the M52 ?

Thanx in advance. Will be glad to receive helpful answers from you, guys

One more question: What Head Gasket thickness is better to get, if i almost double the Torque/Horsepower on standart engine M52B28 ?

If .080" is enough, is it still better to put .140" ? Will it give more safety to the engine or it's just a waste of power?

.140 head gasket and ARP head Studs should be good to 14psi based on what others have been saying. Another thing your compression is 10.2:1 for the record.
10.2:1 with a .140 head gasket should get you close to 9.5:1 to 9.1:1. Not sure but either way it's more than enough. With the right tune you could easily run 14psi.
Not sure about the M30 clutches but there are many other options you can go with.
    Good luck

    I have a M52B28 In my car..

I have a .120 HG and STOCK HEAD BOLTS

    I run 30psi Daily

A M30 Clutch will not fit Your car..

Your best bet is to get a E36 M3 Flywheel and Buy a performance clutch for an M3

There Is No way you can run a 87mm Bore gasket on your car, You have a 84mm Bore There is no way you can make it work.. Just buy a MLS with a 84mm bore.. www.racersmarket.net Try these guys they will have it..

Why would anyone not run a cut ring if putting a new HG in a boosted setup?
